WIP: Dreamforge Eisenkern 'Keilerkopf' APC

...I've started the build with the interior which I will paint in stages as I construct the kit. The major components are below and the only complete part is the troop compartment; everything else will be painted then attached. As I said in yesterday's post this is a 'test-shot' that may undergo some slight updates and, if needed, some improvement to ease the build although I've not encountered any difficulty so far.
The interior is very complete but when I receive my two from the KS I'm going to add a lot of bits and pieces to make the interior look busy and lived in (that will, of course, include the crew and troopers which are not quite ready yet).

I mentioned earlier that I'd not encountered any difficulty with the build so far (even though I don't have a set of instructions just several exploded views that Mark was kind enough to provide) and that's mainly due to the quality of the design, engineering and casting of the parts. I've taken a few photos of the hull built without glue, tape or blu-tak (apart from the driver'gunner console) - the parts fit so well it just clips together! I think it would be possible to leave the roof loose to show off the interior too.

same photo as above but with the troopers guard rail lowered.

I'll start painting the interior tomorrow all being well.

Cleared the 'desks' for this...

...a 'test-shot' of Dreamforge's Eisenkern APC Keilerkopf which I received courtesy of Mark this morning!  I don't have a boxtop to show you as Mark hasn't completed it's design yet and I don't have any instructions and may have to contact Mark for help. Having said that I've already started cutting parts from the sprues and have actually built the rear troop seating (complete with movable guard rails) and dry-fitted all the major components of the hull which virtually clip together. I'll have some photos of the build tomorrow but meantime here's the Here's the sprues (six) and a couple of bags with clear parts and tyres.
Please bear in mind that this is a 'test-shot' and mark will make changes and improvements before the APC is finally released to the KS backers and then retail outlets.

and as I had Olive Drab in the airbrush...

...and not wishing to attempt (and fail badly) to emulate Angel Giraldez' masterly rendition of Studio Mcvey's' Gnosis Team' I decided not to waste the paint and used it on mine (you'll notice, Mike, that I found the missing one)

WIP: Rebel Minis 'Titan' APC...

Clearing the 'decks'...

...or, more accurately, the 'desks' for a project that will take up the best part of the month of May and it's one I'm really excited about! So over the next few days I'll post pics of some of the items that were (are) nearing completion that have now (or will be over the next week) finished...starting with a couple of Khurasan 15mm military vehicles.
